Rowley Contracts are a long established company with a national capability based in the heart of North West England. We have maintained a creditable record in the supply of contract hire services for commercial vehicles for over thirty years.

Rowley’s are a totally independent organisation not influenced or controlled by any financial institution or vehicle manufacturer. We can obtain the most competitive rates both product wise and financially without outside influences, for the benefit of our clients.

Our independence enables us to give an unbiased assessment of what vehicle configuration would best service our clients needs. Rowley Contracts are experienced in a vast cross section of vehicle types and manufacturers, of both chassis and body, and we can grant our clients the benefit of that experience. We work with our clients to optimise vehicle specifications using their experience of their operation together with our own knowledge.
